One-Off Socials and Trips
The society holds a variety of one-off socials and trips, not including academic trips and our weekly pub socials.
In the past we've held socials such as bowling, laserquest, paintball, pubcrawls and trips to Alton Towers. Most popular socials get repeated at least once a year, and we also try to find new and interesting socials to try. We're always interested to get suggestions for socials from members, or an idea of what you might want to do: feel free to try and drum up support or gauge society interest on the forums or to simply email your suggestion to the society exec. Even if you just want to go see a particular film with a group of CompSoc members, if enough people are interested we're more than happy to organise it as a social, if ticket availablity and timetabling allow.

Most socials require signing up on the events page before a particular cutoff date, so sign up early to avoid disappointment.
