Linux User Group
The LUG is an informal group for users of the GNU/Linux operating system, or for anybody that is interested in finding out more about Linux.
Meetings
We meet every Wednesday in Union North at 7pm. Usually you can find us in the lounge. These meetings provide an oppurtunity to chat with other Linux users, or to ask questions about Linux. We usually begin with a short tutorial about some of the more technical aspects of Linux, or about an app that we think is particularly nifty. Anyone is welcome to attend, irrespective of your OS of choice, and we always welcome new members. We also occasionally arrange pub trips for an informal meal and drinks.
